SRX2746704: Whole genome sequencing of 7 populations of Tigriopus californicus
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 74.1M spots, 14.8G bases, 7.8Gb downloads

Design: 300 adult individuals were pooled and DNA was isolated using a Phenol:Chloroform method. Samples were prepared and sequenced by the UNC High Throughput Sequencing Facility as 100-bp paired-end libraries.
